Passionate Worship

"How lovely is your dwelling place, O Lord of hosts! My soul longs, indeed it faints for the courts of the Lord." Psalm 84: 1-2

Passionate Worship is rooted in our love of God and neighbor. “You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, and with all your soul, and with all your strength, and with all your mind; and your neighbor as yourself”. (Luke 10:27)

When we share in Passionate Worship we don’t merely show up and sit passively. We are actively engaged, genuinely connected, personally addressed, and deeply challenged. 

Enhancing Passionate Worship is not only about deepening our own faith but also about God’s grace working in us and our congregation to offer hope, life and love to others. God works through us to change the world.

 

 

Scholarships are for full-time undergraduate study with the exception of the Eleanor Borner-Johnson and the Earl & Marguerite Sumner Scholarship, which can be awarded to a student attending seminary. WE REQUIRE THAT ALL APPLICATIONS BY TYPED AND RETURNED TO THE CHURCH OFFICE ALONG WITH YOUR TRANSCRIPTS BY THE DUE DATE OF APRIL 1^ST.
